June 2006 and another hot summers day so we decided to head to the coast for some ice cream, we started the day meeting up with Bonzo at Fromes Hill Cafe where we had our usual full English breakfast before heading down the A417 and then onto the A44 and a quick diet coke break at Crossgates Cafe before heading back onto the A44/A470 and followed this great road all the way into Aberystwyth.
Once we had parked up on the seafront next to loads of other bikes we had a wander around the town before we decided that it was time to head home.
